General Game Rules
-
Parents and teams will be on opposite sides of field
-
Coaches make sure parents refrain from crowding the touch lines
-
No fans on goal lines
-
Coaches or team parent will ref games
-
Ref/coach/parent will time game for proper intervals
-
Drop kicks allowed for U14 ONLY
-
Headers allowed for U14 ONLY
-
Only registered players can compete
-
All players must have shin guards
-
No toe cleat allowed (soccer cleats only)

U6 AND U8 COACHES CAN BE ON FIELD TO ENCOURAGE PLAYERS

Kick or dribble-ins for all games U8 and below

Throw ins, corner and goal kicks U10 and up (encourage proper throw-in, no loss of ball on improper throw)

Penalty kicks (if foul in goal box) from 7 yards out for U10 and up
-
Indirect kicks for all other fouls outside of box U10 and up (U8 can introduce indirect kicks for ruff play)

No offside U6 - U10

Offside is in effect and can be called in U12 if extreme enough to be noticed by ref, but very hard to monitor with one ref

Ball DOES NOT need to clear penalty box to be in play

U10 using build out line --- opposing team cannot cross the line until kicked ball is touched by receiving player or crosses the build out line

U5 Teams play 4 v 4, no goalie, 4 quarters - 7 minutes each with 2 minute break between each quarter, and use a size 3 ball,
