2018 Programs Review - Another Successful Year, Thanks to YOU!

Our mission is to foster a love for soccer in kids regardless of age or experience. We are dedicated to instilling the following values in every player and coach: Fun in competition, teamwork, discipline, fair play, resolve, sportsmanship, self esteem, and fitness for the body and mind.

Today closes out the Laurel Storm Soccer Club's 2018 program year, and we'd like to take this opportunity to share a brief recap of our year with you, and express our gratitude to the many, many players, parents, volunteers and sponsors who made this year another huge success for the Laurel Storm programs!

We are a community-based, community-run and community-supported organization operated completely by volunteers from Laurel.

We offer a variety of programs throughout the calendar year that provide the opportunity to experience soccer at a level that matches the age and experience level of the young athletes in our community - and we reach a lot of young athletes in our community. Athletes from surrounding communities such as Red Lodge, Roundup, Bridger, Park City and the West End of Billings are served by our programs as well.

You'll see our teams utilizing many of Laurel's great city parks for games and practices throughout the year, and it's hard to not see a young athlete around town wearing a Laurel Storm team t-shirt with a team sponsors logo and name on it.

We're proud of the impact we have on our community and thankful for the financial support of our many local business sponsors. Without the support of our local businesses and volunteers, none of this would be possible. We offer a heartfelt thank-you to everyone who support our programs. We couldn't do it without you!!

We're also grateful to the huge number of volunteers who make our programs possible and allow us to make a positive impact on the youth of Laurel; the parents who believe in our programs and make the time to get your young athletes back and forth to practices and games - even games that reach across the State of Montana and in to neighboring States as is the case with our Competitive Programs; the coaches who not only teach the game of soccer, but instill fun in competition, teamwork, discipline, fair play, resolve, sportsmanship, self esteem, and fitness for the body and mind in their teams; and the vast number of fans who come out and support our players; the field crews who work behind the scenes to provide a quality environment for our games; and the referees whose first goal is the safety of our players.

So as we close out 2019 today, please accept our thanks again to everyone involved in making this calendar year the success that it's been.

Our next program offering will be the Winter Skills Camp. Stayed tuned for information on this via our Facebook Pages.

See you in 2019!!! Gooooooo Storm!!!!
