Our first office practice for spring soccer!
Weather permitting! Mark attendance on the schedule tab.
Expect mud. Cold weather. Send players with appropriate hat or warm headband – cold wind in the ears can be brutal if not prepared. Thin gloves should also be packed in their bags as part of their spring cold weather gear. They will be running quite a bit so their core will be warm. Dress in layers. Double knot cleat laces. Pack extra water – it’s time to step up the size of their water bottles, they will be needing more water as they will be running and working on their fitness. Lets go STORM!
