Eligibility
Youth ages 7 through 8 are eligible for the Micro program.
These ages are determined by the current year minus the player’s birthyear.
Description
The Micro program (5v5) U8 is designed for those boys and girls who qualify for our Academy Programs at the younger end of the age spectrum, but desire more focus on development, and less on travel and competition.
The Micro program will offer two practices a week, a few weeks into the season the we will begin playing small-sided games on Wednesday nights. If player progression warrants it, this group may attend a tournament or two, additional cost (tournament fees) will be addressed at that time.
Time Frame
Practice begins in early April with the season ending around the end of May or beginning of June.
Equipment
Uniforms need to be purchased through the website listed at the bottom of this section. The website also includes any fan gear you may want to order. Uniforms will need to be ordered prior to March 18th in order to guarantee you will have them for the first week of games. Numbers have been assigned to players through the club.
Venue
Practices are generally held at Mogan field and games at Amend park Billings.
